A Grounded Approach to Wellbeing

My work sits at the meeting point of medicine, embodiment, breath and relationship.

Eighteen years working as a doctor taught me to understand illness and the complexity of the human body. Years spent in embodied practices, elite sport and Family Constellation have taught me something equally important: wellbeing is not simply the absence of illness. It is also about how we breathe, how we inhabit our bodies, how we relate to others and how freely we are able to participate in our lives.

My work brings together a background in clinical medicine, elite sport and many years of exploring embodied practices.

The Living Well grew from bringing these perspectives together.

I don't see embodied wellbeing as separate from good healthcare.

My role is to help you tune in, offer practices, knowledge and a space to build your inner resources and be an active participant in your path to health.

With care. With curiosity. And at a pace that respects where you are.
