Carrying18 years experience as a clinical doctor in the fields of General Practice and Palliative Care, Éadaoin pivoted fully from clinical medicine into body-led wellness practices in 2025. She carries vast experience, training and passion for transformational practices that can complement, reduce or relieve the need for clinical intervention.
With an earlier background in elite sport; she has lived and studied health from the level of peak performance to debilitating and life limiting ill health recognising that in all ages and stages of health there are immense benefits from:
Regulating day to day background breathing patterns
Having embodied awareness of ones own and the collective nervous system
Having reliable avenues for grounding and accessing stillness
Reconnecting with clarity,
Bringing awareness and presence to all relationships
