In collaboration with master cranio-sacral therapist Kieran Burke I have been developing Biomorphic Living Well. Combining the two modalities of cranio sacral therapy for pohysocal alignment with  h group family constellation for systemic alignment these are designed to bring your physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions into stronger coherence and vitality.

• May 2026- Tuesdays and 1 Friday 6.15pm-7.15pm Foundations of the Buteyko Method at Kindred DStudios, Strandhill, Sligo. A 5-part series to embed the practice of Buteyko Breathing. A skill for Life! Investment €120.
