Upcoming
WILD is a season of Outdoor Conscious Dance Events in the Northwest. I collaborate with Kate Brown and Aisling Dolan for these events and there is so much joy in the teamwork and how WILD unfolds.
So far this season we have held outdoors dances at the stunning Bartyes Mill Site in Gleniff (pictured), Dooney Rock Forest and a Morning of Movement near the Strandhill Coast.
Team WILD continue to dream in with the land as to where the next outdoor dance will be and when. As soon as we know we will announce it here and on our WILD Website
The Living Wheel: Seasonal Conscious Dance are indoor conscious dance events in Kindred Studios Strandhill and coincide with each of the 8 celtic seasonal festivals. With a pause of the Summer Solstice we will move again on August 1st- Lughnasa. This is a time of harvest and bounty. We get to embody the rhythm of the season here in a way that empowers us in this potent cycle of change to really meet ourselves within the season.

Coming Back to your Innate Rhythm
Éadaoin, an experienced conscious dance facilitator, guides you through enlivening body-led movement practices. Trained in Open Floor and Dance the Medicine and with influences from Amerta, Move into Life and 5Rhythms, Éadaoin creates a space where you can explore your movement patterns and discover new ways of responding to and arriving into the present moment. Through live DJ'd music and clear facilitation, you'll embark on a journey to greater flexibility, resilience, and choice for living on and off the dancefloor.

Who is conscious dance for?
This practice is ideal for those seeking to deepen their connection to life in an embodied and soulful way. If you are motivated by self-exploration, community, connection to placve and inquiry this practice is for you. Expect to move from habit to choice, from preference to presence, from being fixed to fluid. This is an invitation to embrace and include more and more of who you are through guided, free form movement and enquiry.

Benefits of moving freely
Participating in conscious dance offers a wealth of positive outcomes. Expect improved movement vocabulary and attention through your body, enhanced self-awareness, and a boost in joie de vivre. Experience increased capacity to keep meeting yourself in movement, however you are. Find a deeper connection to yourself, to your environment, and to others. This is a holistic practice and there's room here for every*BODY no matter your age, stage or fitness level. If you have a body, you are a dancer!
Dance and The Living Well: Tobar na Sláinte
Conscious dance is a modality that helps us recognise the wisdom that lives inside and through us. Once recognised and trusted this body-based knowing gives us access to a powerful internal compass that connects us more deeply in life.
We began our growth under the rhythm of our Mother's heartbeat and pulse – we are inherently wired to thrive & grow through rhythm.
This practice complements ancestral healing and breathwork by allowing us to tap into innate bodily wisdom, to release generational patterns through intuitive movement and to grow in body based self awareness. Whilst not always combined each practice empowers the other.
